Thanjk you.

i thought that he was brilliant last night. When G-Neville was saying that Lovren was brilliant - our best defender by a mile - i couldn't believe my ears. Don't get me wrong, Lovren played well too - but Klavan made Lukaku non-existent last night.
I think that Klavan has basically made it possible for Klopp to push Matip to get sorted out once and for all. If they were all fit and healthy, I wonder would JK be tempted to play a Matip - Lovren - Klavan trio at the back. Essentially a 3-4-3 might allow us to press even more up the pitch.
Yeah, i didn't mention it in the match thread but yet again the commentators baffled me with their "Lukaku is getting more success out of Klavan bull****"

What success, he didn't get a sniff.
Probably, Alan Smith - the ****ing idiot.
Not sure what Sky's obsession was in that first half with trying to make out Klavan was struggling. I would say it's teh commentators curse of saying something ridiculous and not being able to take it back, so having to persevere and find weak examples to support it, but a few of them were at it.
On a recent stream, one of the American feeds, commentator kept going on about how crap Matip is on the ball, how the other team know this and have targeted him.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
Looks like good business if he's happy to play back up. Must be hard for a centre back moving countries at his age and not getting a run in the team. Makes last nights performance even more impressive.
Always borrow money from a pessimist. He won’t expect it back. Oscar Wilde
Also, how good is JK in the transfer market??? Sold Skrtel, bought Klavan - and still had a million or so left over!!!
I don't think people have made enough of this point. Klavan was less than Skrtel, is younger and probably on lower wages. And he is left footed which is offering more squad balance and he generally seems better than Skrtel.

Matip and Klavan cost less than 10% of John Stones in terms of transfer fees. I think City have spent more than 100 million on defenders who are nowhere close to being good as these two.
He's a ball playing centre back, much like Matip. Completely fits in Klopp's style of football. If you look at our defenders, they spend more time instigating our play than defend. When they need to defend, they do it well.
also like to agree with Alan ****ing Smith is a ****ing idiot as well.
Highlighting our defending at corners as a weak link which they didn't score from
i think the standard of punditry is pretty diabolical. It is almost like they all get together, decide on a bull**** opinion with no evidence to back it up - and if they all spout it, then it must be true!!!
Hoddle a few weeks ago when we hockied some team (could have been Hull or Watford) and he says on the telly - well that's all well and good but what about when they have to go to Arsenal......or Chelsea....
Ha ha....
I find myself watching a lot of footy with the telly on mute for some reason and it is surprisingly good. What would be great if you could press the red button and just have the noise of the crowd but no commentary....
