But that's doesn't mean we are the 4th best team (or better) in the country over a season. No one is saying we haven't massively improved, people are however concerned over dropping out of the top 4. It's a reasonable concern but one which you simply won't countenance. Thus "blind faith."
    3rd place. Worst champions ever.

It's a strange scenario indeed when I increasingly find myself agreeing with Nigel/Fredo.

That we have a phantom automatic buffer that means we will never drop below 4th?

I do love your polarizing opinions....When we are doing well your the doom monger, as soon as we are **** we get positive Fredo

Anything to disagree with the masses

Although i think you are right we will bring it round once all players are fit.

We could of course drop below 4th, but you choose to look at the worst case scenario, while I choose to look at the better perspective, which is less games and time to get back to what we were doing best at the start of the year.

United, Spurs and Arsenal will all have matter of cups to bother about, which we won't. I'd be surprised if we finished the season outside the top 3.
            Are we winning?

No, just that things aren't as bad as they seem.

                That old chestnut.

Last time I was disagreeing with the masses, it was at the end of Rodgers' tenure and I was sticking up for him and trying towards the most positive outlook. I don't think that's changed.

The masses are wrong. You can't throw your toys out of the pram after a few bad results. We were in elation 6 weeks ago. It's not rational.

But you said we won't and that my concerns were illegitimate above. I'm not predicting anything, but continue our current form and we will finish 6th.

The masses aren't wrong because getting rid of Brendan saw an upturn in our performances

You also went against the masses about Benteke

Now I don't here anyone calling for Klopps head

And don't forget Sturidge is still worthy of a starting spot

I think it's a bit strange that so many people are choosing to think that this past month, with all the injuries and the loss of arguably our beat player, is more indicative of how our season will finish than the 5 months prior

It's **** at the minute, but it's extremely defeatist to believe that we can't get back to winning ways
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

It won't be easy to turn it around but we really do need a touch of luck in our play ATM.

                              happens to arsenal every season

Yes, and Wenger is a bit useless because of it.

He refuses to take chance and shell out for players that could take them to the next level.

Finishing top four every year should provide a stable base on which to build. But Wenger has time and time again just pissed it all away.

I fear Klopp may have the same mentality...

Sometimes you have to take a risk... like Ferguson did with Cantona for example.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.
