If we take this competition seriously then there's every likelihood that we'll be in the final. It's a tough one to call because clearly it's the least valued competition, but it's still a chance to win silverware and a route to European competition (I think). Southampton will probably be more desperate to win this than ourselves, but on paper we must be favourites to win the competition now that Arsenal have been eliminated.
