Kevin Stewart, Ovie Ejaria and Marko Grujic are options in midfield, while Ben Woodburn will be hoping to feature.

Simon Mignolet is expected to start vs Leeds, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Lucas, Klavan & Moreno could line up in the back four.

Jurgen Klopp is set to make wholesale changes for Liverpool's EFL Cup quarter-final with Leeds at Anfield tomorrow night. (James Pearce)

i makes sense to rotate - our league campaign has to be priority.

However, i wouldn't mind seeing one of Matip or Lovren play alongside Klaven - thus allowing Lucas to go into midfield and add experience there.

Also, maybe Wjinaldum to play as a wide forward - because he might need to in upcoming league games.

Finally, i know he is important with Coutinho out, but I wouldn't be sad to see Origi start either. Strikers gain confidence by scoring goals and the fact that we won't have another game until Sunday gives him time to prep for Bournemouth. But i think if he knocked in one or two against Leeds, then it would do him the world of good. Same with Sturridge to be honest - if he is fit, then we should play him.

      I'd like to see:

      --------------------------MIGNOLET---------------------------

      T-A-A----------MATIP-----------------KLAVEN------MORENO

      ---------------------------LUCAS------------------------------

      ------------STEWART------------------GRUJIC----------------

      STURRIDGE--------------ORIGI-----------------WJINALDUM

What about Sakho, hasn't he been playing with the kids (not in a Barry Bennell kinda way)?

                        I reckon

                        Mig
                        TAA Lucas Klavan Moreno
                        Can Stewart Grujic

Possibly back to the 2 striker system?

                          ------------Mignolet
                          TAA----Lucas----Klavan----Moreno
                          -----------Stewart
                          -------Grujic----Wijnaldum
                          ------------Ejaria
                          ---Woodburn----Origi

We're seriously hampered in the forward positions with Sturridge, Firmino, Ings, Coutinho, Lallana and Ojo all injured, with knocks or returning.

Moreno, Lucas, Stewart and Origi have looked very good in this competition so far, TAA, Grujic and Ejaria have all shown glimpses too.

I always forget about Ilori. Does anyone know how he's been doing for the U23's etc?

Dont think Leeds should be taken lightly. Megson has got them playing well. Only lost too Newcastle in the last couple of months.
                                *Except Michael, who died.
