It's not just work-rate, it's getting the system right. I think half the time the players don't know where to be. As a team we can look very disjointed when we're under pressure which is 90% of the problem rather than just the effort they put in. Partly that's personnel but again, the players we have are better than their counterparts on the pitch today.
