Stoke (a) build up
I thought Sturridge put in a decent shift and was unlucky not to get away from Martens Indi (sp?) who handballed (clear as ****ing day) when through on goal. He's got the game intelligence to find the right positions but I don't think he has the quickness of feet and legs to make things happen in the box any more. Was muß, das muß.

I don't think that part of his game can be judged until he's had a ''run of games to regain his sharpness''Originally posted by foresterbloke View PostI thought Sturridge put in a decent shift and was unlucky not to get away from Martens Indi (sp?) who handballed (clear as ****ing day) when through on goal. I put that in quotations as it's such a cliche for DS it's embarrassing to say it.
Very sadly it will never happen. Could have been one of the very best.

But if Leicester also win CL, 4th place will lose out.Originally posted by Leyton388 View PostUnited winning the Europa will have no bearing on our CL place. The Europa league winners get a place in next seasons CL without taking the place of a top 4 team.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

My stream was so **** yesterday that I missed so much caught the highlights there, some of our defending was ****ing ridiculous. We are lucky Mig had a blinder. Firminos volley was sensational, he really needed that goal too. Was a great win, tough place to go and to come from behind with a decimated team aswell makes it even sweeter. Happy our

I agree, with Mourinho at the helm they have the experience and know how, it's theirs to lose IMO.Originally posted by RichC View PostI'd say the Mancs are favourites to lift it based on who's actually in it. If it was last seasons quarter final teams then it'd be different* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

They are struggling to beat teams at home though, so any **** team that can beat them at their own ground has a very good chance. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Hopefully, Fat Sam is ready to unleash the Benteke on Arsenal's defence on Monday.
