Just saw the highlights and big kudos to Jurgen for changing things because West Ham set up exactly as numerous bottom half clubs have done all season.

Coutinho played the Gerrard role denying Weeji and Can possession of the ball which meant there was real quality from deep midfield that you can't simply sit back against. It's easy to break, you just do what teams did against Gerrard, just put a man on him. But teams have to work on that for weeks as it means pushing up as a team.

I don't think we would have done this if Firmino was fit. I didn't want to use blessing in disguise when Firmino was ruled out but have to admit I was thinking it.
      One tit for another.

He showed plenty of emotion when he scored and that's all that matters.

He seems quite embarrassed by the adulation both from the fans and Klopp which to me shows he's quite down to earth.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Head down, no smiles, looked almost sad. Maybe it was the intensity and pressure of the game (must win to get CL)

Playing with a partner brings the best out of both Sturridge and Origi and I hope we keep the same team for Boro with one change - swap Origi with Firmino
