I know a few guys have said it, but the commentary and half time shows were a complete and utter joke, and shouldn't be understate. Embarassing for the sport when you consider how many non football fans would have been watching a big event/spectacle. We are constantly competing with so many codes for such a small audience in Australia, we need to impress new fans every opportunity we get. Instead we have given people another reason to laugh at us. Frustrating.

Yeah we (Sydney) had lots of players out too. Also, our best player who smashed the leagues player of the season polls and was central to our play, was out. It was obvious that we missed him a lot.
