Keep in mind Woodburn is a forward playing in midfield. It's completely new ground for him. Oh and he's 17.

So why wouldn't they have shown him the door with only 12 months of his contract left? I wonder if he's worth more through the tribunal hearing than in the market place? Hypothetical question I suppose.

Chelsea want in the region of £10m whereas we were offering to pay £3m. Wouldn't be surprised if the fee was a compromise of £6-7m. Looks to be worth every penny so far.
