I expected Robbo to do well when he signed for us. But the way he is taking everything in his stride is just incredible. Seems utterly unflappable.

His pace last night was fantastic. Their defence were so slow. That run where he made it all the way to the byline then cut it back for Mane was breathtaking.

I really do think having some well-rounded, grounded, perfect professionals like Robertson, Milner and Henderson makes a huge difference.

You can fault his lack of strength against players like Dzeko, he got turned quite easily and Robertson was struggling. Weirdly he wasn't targeted again..

He’s not ever physically going to, nor has he been been bought to out muscle a massive Centre Forward like Dzeko though. That’s like saying Dzeko is **** because he’s not as fast as Robertson.

I think he is typically pretty strong in the tackle.

I do think he will get better though, he only broke into the first team in November.

It wasnt even QPR- It was Queens Park, the tiny, ****e Scottish club

Yeah, Queens Park not QPR

To underline the scale of the achievement, Robbo was working in a call centre at Hampden (Queens Park own Hampden Stadium, but play at Lesser Hampden, located outside the main stadium) when he was playing for Queens Park, having been released by Celtic who thought he was to small.

The reason for the job? Queens Park remain an amateur club in Scotland. Literally.

Robbo has gone from this, to the CL Final in 5 years. Inspirational.

Interesting fact, Queens Park are the only Scottish Team to have ever played in the (English) FA Cup Final, losing twice in 1884 and 85.
