I think Chelsea might struggle this year. Most teams find it difficult to defend their title and they haven't really strengthened numbers wise, considering the have the CL to contend with this year.
Think they might do well in the CL though, semi’s at least.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
I don't think any of our competition actually look that strong.
City - Spent loads and look the best on paper, but can they gel?
Chelsea - Seem somewhat in turmoil at the moment
Spurs - Look like losing both fullbacks. Haven't spent any money
Arsenal - If they keep Sanchez they will be great. But will they?
Man United - Look stronger (and taller) than last year, but still slow and ponderous.
I think now is really the time to capitalise. If only we could secure some of these big deals we've been trying to all Summer, then we could have a genuine title shot IMO.

While i do agree, deja vu here though. Every season we say this is the season and we point to our opponents weaknesses and say it will be harder the following season.

IMO, City and United are stronger, Mourinho is shoring them to be really hard to beat and difficult to play against. Putting Pogba, Fellaini and Lukaku in an opponent penalty box will quite often lead to danger and havoc. Arsenal will keep Sanchez so I think will be a bit better with Sead and Lacazette as well. We've only really added Salah, Andy and Solenko which will not strike fear into anyone's hearts, for now at least.
