I think there is quite clearly a will to spend from FSG we threw money at Keita ffs.

Arguably an equal problem is Klopp wanting one player position and one player only.

We still need probably 2 defenders a midfielder (maybe 2 if Coutinho leaves) and a bloody centre forward. But Jurgen seems to be happy.

That keita bid was based on the fact that Coutinho was leaving though. It's smokes and mirrors with these guys.

We are limited by our location and our finances. It would take a lot of money to overcome the location issue (I don't mean by relocating anfield, rather paying players higher wages). We want to push on for success but in reality, 4th probably is success for a club of our size, standing and funding.

So are expectations unrealistic? Is Liverpool now a top 6 team and that's about It? We've been through many coaches and three sets of owners since we last won the League and every season it's just about the problems and fans complaining about the same things.

I don't believe that one bit. No chance FSG would sanction a £70m bid for a player that would be available for £48m next year if something else wasn't going on behind the scenes.

I agree with most of that except for the fact we don't have a great squad. I'm getting sick of saying it but if you don't believe it look at the benches we put out this year.

This is easily might actually help Klopp in that it 100% illustrated where we need to strengthen.

People question Klopp, but the players he has identified are the right ones - he clearly knows where we are weak. I'm still 100% behind him, it's a disappointing result in that we showed the same old weaknesses and threw away 2 points when we had actually fought back to take the lead.

A draw away at Watford is slightly below par, so we now need to pick up elsewhere.

We look pretty lethal at times going forward and our front three all netted today, so it's not all bad.

He obviously doesn't know where we are weak because he played emre can with wini and Henderson and he played Moreno and still hasn't had anyone teach his players how to defend a set piece. So he is either useless or ignorant to the fact.

While Chelsea might have been beaten today but I'm sure the premier League Trophy will help them get over the loss. Out of the so called big English clubs we are the only ones not to win the premier League. I'm sick of us taking one step forward then two steps back. Just as we make progress the club just makes all the wrong moves and we have to start over again.

The bench was an utter Joke and it appears the club are pinning their hopes on Klopp and the team over performing again. It's the hope that kills you.

The defence was a joke obviously but the midfield was absolutely woeful. Hendo and Weeji are so off the pace they've actually REGRESSED since preseason. It's the first game, we didn't lose, players still feeling their way. And it was a difficult away game. I'm not suicidal yet.

Klopp needs to stop fcking about and start buying players that will actually come. Our defence contains plan D and E players. Bring in some Plan Bs ffs.
