I thought we managed the game very well without being at our best. We are improving. Excellent results and have been able to rest a few players.

Not too bad in the end. We look a bit pedestrian and ordinary in midfield, but Mane is looking like the main man for us now.

Really impressed with Robertson, he had a solid game and was similair to what Milner offered last season. Surely has to be ahead of Moreno, surely....

I reckon we desperately need two new centrebacks... but at least Robertson looked ok.

Take the result, we were better side and only playing at 50 percent. Maybe the last 2 wins are papering over cracks but still wins nonetheless. We simply have got to do work in the market and add quality to the first 11. Forgetting the obvious defensive conversation..... I hate our midfield and the absence of philosophy and lalanna is glaring... Zero creativity in there. Miner,Hendo, Wini and Can all too samey. At least tries to break out and be more dynamic.

Lallana and Coutinho in there with Can or Henderson makes a huge difference, but yeah we do. Imagine the difference someone as dynamic as Baby Keith would make.

Klavan is a bit average imo. Have you noticed how much he loves that little chop turn? Keeps doing it when there's no-one close by for no apparent reason

Yeah from a footballing sense, he'd be worth more than £70m to us. Would really be the final piece in terms of giving balance to that midfield.
