Oh, apparently its a well known term -

According the insight of Urban Dictionary, "salty," when used as a slang term, can be used to describe someone who is "angry, agitated, or upset," as well as someone who is "mean, annoying, and repulsive."

My Mrs is particularly salty this year
    Yeah - bitter, fuming
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

knowing they will come at us it'll be a more perfect game for us to counter attack so long as we can be more solid in the midfield and at the back.

can and grujic/milner have to be more solid and central as henderson and widgey look like they have forgotten how to play and dont offer us anything defensively.
      klavan or lovren, maybe klavan?

      solanke
      salah Firmino mane
      Can grujic/milner
      Robbo Klavan Matip TAA
      Mignolet
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I like how Solanke puts himself about but still has a good eye for goal, definitely worth bringing on with 30 to go.

I hope Robertson gets another go, Can can cover him when he bombs forward to support Mane.

Long form analysis of the first leg here: http://outsideoftheboot.com/2017/08/...1-2-liverpool/

          Needle players.

I think the second leg will go similar to the first, we'll counter them and nick a few. Hopefully we are more clinical than the first toe though and it's a comfortable second half.

            Mingolet

            TAA Lovren Matip Robertson

            Can Henderson Milner

Gini has been poor recently I think he will be dropped on Wednesday. Milner worked well with Robertson on Saturday id keep him in.

            Manè Firmino Salah

Need creativity between the forwards and midfield so desperately.
like that team very much. Robbo in head on that nutcase & Firmino dropping in to pull the strings behind the forwards, that means we can get his work rate in the middle of the pitch and not sacrifice being left short up top with Sturridge there. So that's 3 very workmenlike midfielders to cover the young wing backs if they are caught up the pitch. Wini has to get dropped with the stuff he's been serving up too.

Yeah I think it makes more sense. Milner will allow protection to Robertson which he won't get from Salah. He will cover when he goes forward and is good at linking up with him. I would imagine it will allow Can more free reign going forward which is good as they are a strong team and Can having more impact in their box will be beneficial. Especially getting on the end of Robertsons crossess.

My only worry is the lack of height. I know it was the same the other night I just wish Grujic was further along the line as he would have been an assett.

                    I'm going for 1-1 anyway.

That line up is the most balanced line up with our current selection of players IMO.
