Thing I find amazing about that Salah performance is that it's his first hat-trick. Just goes to show how influential he is. Most strikers with his sort of haul end up being flat track bullies in certain games, getting 3 or 4 hat-tricks over the season, which is great, but you really want your strikers scoring in most games, rather than getting loads in a small number of games. He seems to give us a goal in nearly every other game. Outstanding player being used to his full potential by his manager.

It's quite feasible that he can hit 50 goals this year, that would be astonishing really but to get where he is so far is astonishing in itself.

I don't think anyone will bid for him this summer. Barcelona have just spunked a load on Coutinho, PSG are paying for Mbappe after his one year loan spell, and Real Madrid seem to be looking at Hazard and Neymar for their rebuild.

If Salah carries on like this next season, then I'd expect the summer window of 19/20 to be squeaky bum time.
