Surely the ball park for him will be around £200m if he has another season like this.

Another season like this one, and it would be well over that figure going by how transfer fees have been jumping.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

I don't care what he's worth we need to be getting ourselves in a position where our best players don't want to move on to bigger and better things.Originally posted by labourRed View PostSurely the ball park for him will be around £200m if he has another season like this. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

We are moving onto that position, Keita coming in and a few other quality signings and we are there or there abouts. Just happy Salah isn't from South America.....so the magnetic pull from Barca isn't so strongOriginally posted by Exiled_red View PostI don't care what he's worth we need to be getting ourselves in a position where our best players don't want to move on to bigger and better things.

is his form sustainable? its starting to look like it to me, he seems somewhat unimpressive compared to Suarez/Torres he makes the game look incredibly simple and posts better numbers.
Its a shame we never saw his link up with Coutinho play out.
But if we keep him for 2 more years, we need to do everything to stop selling our best players, and add them and win a title ffs.
We always seem to be building to a future event that will never happen, I think now is the time to say win the league in the next two, **** off long term prospects, sign some proven players.

Might be the perfect time. A City hangover, Utd will never get enough points under him and 3rd season = it falls apart anyway, Tottenham and Arsenal are nothing, Chelsea's transfer policy is comically bad. We are getting better and signing the best midfielder on the planet and putting him in our weakest area of the field. I can't see how we can be stopped.
