I thought that too, but then I thought that maybe he was the player being left further forward in the event of a counter attack. Mane and Firmino are naturals when it comes to defending for the team, but it also left Terence a little exposed for a while, until he grew into the game.

If it was me, I would rest him, but I'm fairly certain Klopp will play him (if fit). Klopp has referenced a few times about helping him finish top scorer and with Kane having two games this week, not to mention that joke goal he was given, I can't see Klopp resting him.

Klopp let Mane and Salah go to the African POTY awards on the night before we played Everton as it was important to them, so if Salah was passed fit and wanted to play, I don't think he would stop him.
