Yeah, unlikely as it is. Leicester have to win to have a chance of seventh (which could qualify for Europe). If they do I'm sure we'll rest players for the weekend as we clearly there as some like Mane and Firmino who are struggling.Originally posted by topscorer View PostDoes the City result against Leicester change the approach to this game?
If City drop points do we even try or do we rest everyone for the Wolves game?

If City drop points we double down on the Wolves game, lets be clear, if city drop points we have to beat Wolves at Home to Be Crowned the Premiership Champions in the greatest ever title race against supposedly the best team the Lg has ever seen ... I say thats the game we should be focusing onAnybody who criticizes Klopp ever is a James Blunt. Nov 2015

Conversely, if City drop a point or three on Monday, the atmosphere at Anfield on Tues night will be absolutely ****ing rocking.
Strongest side available goes out, and gets a couple early goals......................then the magic happens.
Enough of a break between Tues and Sun.
I'm in no dilemma about which is the more important match (depending on City result), but whats the point of being in the semi if not trying to go one further.
See how the match goes and make subs."I will make the boys feel your support"

Because Suarez the snide ******* could do some damage & ultimately cost us the league? I know we’ll put a competitive team out regardless but I just don’t want to take any risks to key personnel with hopefully the title staring us in the face.Originally posted by McDermotX View PostConversely, if City drop a point or three on Monday, the atmosphere at Anfield on Tues night will be absolutely ****ing rocking.

I get that, I really do, but it's still the CL semi-final (bit further behind than we'd like, but the first leg showed enough for me to not rule out at least a valiant exit).
Could lose a player or two during the week doing nothing bar training as well I suppose (probably Dejan jumping in on someone), but right now, we're probably gonna be shy upfront for the second leg anyway - so it might be all irrelevant."I will make the boys feel your support"
