They didn't, Salah would only have had about 10 days max. He'll get a 3 week break now before joining pre season.

got 4 years left on his current deal. No need for a new one, especially at over double his current wage.

He's not going this year and it would leave us nowhere to go with future demands. I think he'll get a new one or leave next summer.

Tend to agree if he's demanding it, but there's no hint of that yet.

Just need to look at Utd and their spiralling wage bill to see that there needs to be a limit to what you will pay a player. Give it to Mo and there'll be a line of players knocking on Klopp's door looking for a similar wage and I don't think we're big enough financially to have 4 or 5 players earning in excess of £15m a year
