Is the Brighton game the last before afcon. Then he will sort out his move.
And when is afcon over, or will he be back when Egypt get knocked out.
Maybe this will help remove so.e of the stink.

Billy big bollocks, bigger than the team, watch the door doesn't hit you in the arse on the way out.

I still think he can offer something to the team but not as a wide forward. We’ve gone full United now, this is a horrible implosion and both Mo’s and Slot’s future look untenable now

I know he's upset, that much is clear but he's been massively unprofessional releasing this interview, it's not the first time he's done similar.

He is a club legend and always be and it's bloody so sad the way his career with us is seemingly ending but he only has himself to blame for this season, he's been atrocious to be fair.

I doubt very much Slot has thrown him under the bus but it's a bit worrying that their relationship has broken down. Something clearly isn't right in the team dynamic at the moment.

          On the beeb now...

          Cheeky cunt though...

It [the situation] is not acceptable to me, to be fair. I don't get it. It's like I'm being thrown more under the bus. I don't think I'm the problem. I have done so much for this club. I don't have to fight every day for my position because I earn it. I earned my position."

I agree with others, it's made Slot's job even more difficult, he is going to have to answer really awkward from the media all week now. What a ****ing nightmare!

Can't believe people doubted it. Our football is **** so I'll take any crumbs. Salah leaving ASAP and freeing up that huge salary is that. I hope he gets a huge, brilliant send off on Saturday because he is a massive legend. But I hope he's off.

Well that came to head in a rather ugly fashion. But, it's good thing it has on balance. His ego won't let him age gracefully. His form can still be explained as a dip if he's sold now so get on the phone to the Saudis tomorrow.

PS he comes across as a right knobhead with that.

How is it Slot's fault? He's constantly played Salah, and kept him on in games until the bitter end when he (Salah) has been absolutely rank. And now he throws his toys out of the pram because he spent a couple of games on the bench, the ****ing baby.

If this is the end it's a sad way for it to happen. It felt like this summer was trying to replace Salah (not like for like but) with Wirtz providing the creativity and Isak the goals seemed to be the idea. I mentioned earlier in the season that I felt we were trying to bridge the two eras unsuccessfully. Given that things didn't seem to be working out there has been a sense of inevitability about this.

Whatever happens the guy is an LFC legend

The worrying thing about the comments is a breakdown of relationship with the manager, makes you wonder it there is a split in the dressing room between those siding with Salah and those with Slot.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Only the other day we discussed him leaving as a legend before his stock drops too much.
                      He's bungled this a bit

This makes things a lot easier, especially with him going away to AFCON. He doesn't know why he's on the bench, that's just the ego of a guy who was elite for so long & can't accept that he is on the wain and can't hack it at the very top level anymore.

Planning post Salah is alot closer now than it was, it's a real shame it has to end this way but no player is bigger than the club, clearly he doesn't see it that way. He has given alot to the club but **** me, he has done ok in life & is lucky to be at LFC, in Anfield and play under the likes of Klopp. Stinks of petulant cuntyness, bad look for Mo.

IF there is a Salah faction, they can follow him out the door. But I'd say the chances of a faction lobbying for Salah are slim; just idle gossip from people posting bollocks for the sake of it.

I said in an earlier post with the video that it was unprofessional by Mo and that he has form. The fact that senior players are saying stuff like this is a sign that things are not right, we can see it on the pitch and that’s on the manager. Also Gakpo has been as bad if not worse and he’s rolled out constantly.

It could be some ploy by Edward’s and Hughes to force him out, **** knows. It’s very sad for it to end like this

Gakpo has been on the bench and hooked from games; you're acting like he's played every minute of every game to make your point.

And that senior-player-speaking-out-is-bad angle is nonsense - it's Mo Salah complaining - a man with a massive ego - that is crying about being on the bench for a few games after stinking the place out. Is Slot not allowed to bench Salah, otherwise he is responsible for the fallout from a petulant outburst?

Not saying there is or there isn't, we don't usually have this type of info being leaked from LFC, but we rarely (in recent years) have had good players who have had fall outs with the managers (there have been a few like Balotelli or Diouf who you suspect not many people would side with).

Salah has obviously been a big player for us in recent years and is popular in the dressing room and is one of the leadership group, the manager is relatively new, so I suspect there could be a difficult dynamic in there. Perhaps not so much people pushing that Salah should be in the side but perhaps split loyalties which wouldn't help.
