Rafa would do a better job than Klopp with this team.

That's the myth we've been propagating for 20 years. Our teams ate always short of talent that's the problem. We are short in THE key are which is center mid, Rafa had the best center midfielders we've has since we last won the League plus our defenders can't defend. The transfer windows have failed us.

This is getting tiresome in always blaming the manager for the lack if tools that Liverpool provides. Our center mids ate no better than what Newcastle has and Lovren could never start for Newcastle.

Matip and lovren are not great passers of the ball. Henderson doesn’t look to run into space for the one-two once he’s passed it and winaldum is non existent.

But we don't have one.

I'd play Solanke as #1 striker (and i like Firmino). Sturridge would be sent to Palace on loan.

if we play Coutinho further forward we have to drop Mane or Salah and they can be effective. Plus we go back to last season when we couldn't break between the lines and just go sideways/backwards from midfield. No thanks to that.

Absolutely no urgency in the 2nd half

Henderson and Wijnaldum need to take more responsibility in the middle of the pitch, they both let the game bypass them far too easily!

What happened to our style of play? First half Newcastle were playing out so easily, our pressing isn't what it was, in fact we hardly do it at all lately, Sevilla didn't go long and got out time and again against us too.
