That's a Roy Hodgson answer. We don't exactly have a winger from Wolves playing up front. For me Solanke MUST start every game, even if he's raw (which he isn't). That one element of crossed headed goal changes everything for a team defending deep. The change in defensive formation will create huge amounts of space for the other three geniuses.

Plus I believe Solanke is probably our best finishing forward (mainly because the other two are absolutely dire on that front nowadays).

So you are saying being potentially 13 points behind the leaders after 9 games won't see him under massive pressure? I think any manager at a club like LFC would be under pressure.. no sentiment in football these days. We had everything going for us at the start of the summer and we failed to the deliver.

The question was what can we do now rather than lament a summer Klopp **** up. We need to change something to get our mojo back. As usual, teams have sussed us out and we can't beat the smaller teams. Going on 20 years and 6 mangers.

That second half was pathetic, I thought we did alright in the first and got ****ed over by the officials but the second was abysmal. Mignolet taking 25 seconds to take a free kick with 60 seconds left summed it up.

That transfer window was probably the biggest missed opportunity I can ever remember supporting us. We had everything going for us, big name manager, CL football and money and did **** all. And the manager wont even play the most expensive signing, instead preferring to let Wijnaldum stink the joint out every week.

On a weekend where Utd, Spurs and Arsenal beat **** to nil we drew while giving away a calamity goal, that probably sums up our last 10 years or so.
