Robertsons left foot must have been raging at the monstrosity that is Moreno delivery. He absolutely ****ing battered a couple of crosses in, giving nobody any chance of getting on the end of them, or even in the general vicinity of them.

Robertson plays in a far more weighted measured ball.

He deserves a run in the team in my opinion.

After that Newcastle really didn't even try to attack us. They left our CBS with the ball and there entire team dropped of negating the pace of Mane and Salah.

Will be interesting to see if Mourinho has Utd come at us, or if he plays defensively as usual.

It's frustrating, but hardly the crisis some of you are building it up to.
It feels like a bit of a crisis because it's the start of the season and if we continue our current forum for much longer then the season could effectively be over before it's really begun, and we still have to go through the motions for the next 9 months, which would be depressing in the extreme. It's not come to that but the pre season optimism and confidence is history,

We need to turn draws into wins.

Sturrridge had the perfect chance to show us all why he should be in the team with that one on one after the defender hit a fresh air shot. And he blew it. That was his chance to be our match winner.

We are doing enough basically to win games it's a lack of cutting edge or defensive mistakes (or both) that are costing us every week.

Lacazette, Kane, Lukaku, Morata and Aguero misses that chance and they'd be sold in the next transfer window. Those players will be fighting for top four sadly.

A draw against imo the worst team in the league. Tough times to get through

They are clearly not the worst side on the league
              3rd place. Worst champions ever.

No matter how bad it gets you can guarantee some drama queen will still try and make it sound worse.

Disappointing to see the media backing the ref for the Gomez booking. This is just bizarre - Gomez boot was high only because he jumped and studs were down. He easily won the ball but the Newcastle player come in late with a stooping header that catches Gomez in the thigh and spins him to the ground.

How the hell was this not a free kick for us???

At what point does flying in late with your head not constitute dangerous play?

we're not doing ourselves any favours with the pathetic finishing, but it has to be said that reffing in our last three games has hurt us aswell, the dive, penalty and foul on mig in the leicester game, the foul which led to the goal in moscow and now the offiside.

our defence has a lot of faults but i thought lovren and matip reacted well yesterday when they both pushed up, poor from the linesman that.

Leicester, yes, but then we'd be fuming if we didn't get a pen for can's handball, and it was a pen for the tackle of Vardy. And the offside yesterday was very marginal indeed. Lovren was pulling as much as being pulled too. I think you're looking for excuses tbh.
