Champions League big club drop outs

Still plenty to play for but here are the teams that are in trouble -
    • Monaco
    • Borussia Dortmund
    • Feyenoord
    • Atletico Madrid
    • Benfica

Plenty of good players in that lot, who would you have?

Not convinced that Jurgen is the sort of manager who signs players on an opportunistic basis, unless of course he already wanted them.
    Really?

      Atletico

      Saul
      Gimenez
      Oblak

      Dortmund

      Aubameyang
      Weigl

      Monaco

      Fabinho
      Lemar

Bit of a theme there with my midfield picks

Reckon Saul will play his entire career for Atleti, seems the type, didn't he have some medical problems? I'll take the rest though
        * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Was not saying buy the lot of them, but now that you mentioned it.....

Put Gimenez beside Matip so we have one quality hard but dirty ******* in our back line, put one from Weigl/Fabinho/Saul in a deep midfield role, and stick Aubameyang up front.

Then if Coutinho shags off to Barca in January or the summer, throw that cash at getting Oblak

          January 2018 or August 2018

          ------------------Oblak-----------------
          Clyne------Matip--------Gimenez-----Milner
          ------------------F/S/W---------------------
          ----------------------------Keita
          -------Firmino-------------------------
          Salah--------- Aubameyang-----------Mane

Oblak with his De Gea style refelxes and goal keeping style in goals.

Clyne solid at RB. Matip doing his thing with an enforer beside him, and Milner racking up assists and penos from the LB slot.

Split the midfielders on there as one would be holding (one from F/S/W), one would be box to box (Keita) and one would be in the AM role (Firmino as he did for Hoffenheim)

Then a front three with raw pace and goals up top.

I reckon Gomez will end up as a full back and a better one than Clyne..

            ------------------Oblak-----------------
            Gomez----Matip------Gimenez-----Milner
            ------------------Weigl---------------------
            ----------------------------Keita
            -------Lallana-------------------------
            Salah--------- Firmino-----------Mane

If I had to pick only one player out of any of the above teams, I'd take Oblak.
