****ing joke that, luxury or not travelling can be tiring and the Derby given we pay their wages is slightly more important than that, though maybe not to them somewhat understandably but still.
I know it's the derby and I know it's our most likely chance of silverware, but I'd rest them. Ox and Coutinho out wide, Lallana in midfield. More than enough to beat Everton and keep them well rested for City.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

If we'd beaten them in the league I'd be inclined to agree. That result won't come into Klopp's thinking, but it will for a lot of fans imo, including mine obviously. Want to batter them. We wanna win that Cup this season, and batter them in the process.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

They created nothing in that game and won't against Lallana, Ox and co. Barring free gift goals we've got this.
Edit: not forgetting the tie is straight after a slog of a period. Everton players will be knackered.

Totally understand, but they'd probably take more joy from Salah picking up a serious injury than beating us on the day and likewise I'd probably be more gutted.

Mixed feeling about this. One one hand we need all our best players, on the other, they will be knackered and we have much better squad depth (maybe more in Jan window?)
Hopefully we can have a midfield of Henderson, Lallana and Wijnaldum which worked so well last season with Firmino, Oxlade and Sturridge/Solanke up front.
Also this is on Saturday morning for me and then I go on holiday for the week so I'm hoping for a good result to make it great start
