I agree with some of the points here. But we didn't lose. We are 4th, we've been on a good run, we've only lost twice in the league this season, and we are a few signings away for having an epic squad.

Was a very soft peno but don't give the ref a ****ing opportunity to make a decision. The guy is just a car crash defender. Any sort of pressure and him and Klavan go to pieces.

We dominated the game possession wise but we only had 3 shots on target, Everton had 2 ffs. They knew we would have possession, fat sam said it in the interview before game that's what he prepared for, it's the only way to play against us as it negates our counter attack. With Chelsea & Arsenal dropping points and the two manc teams playing against each other it was a glorious chance vs a poxy side to nick some points on our rivals. True to form we failed to deliver.

I blame Klopp, yes Mane didn't pass and the peno decision was soft but I have no doubts in my mind that if we had a started with our best 11... that game would have been done and dusted in the first 45 mins. I get rotating, it is necessary but Klopp 100% got it wrong today, the result and lack of creativity in the game prove that. Solanke looked way out of his depth & that CM pairing of Hendo & Milner has to be the most beige pairing in history.

Taking Salah off was outrageous, he was having a great game and was killing Martina all day. Klopp's in game decisions since he came to LFC can be very frustrating IMO and bit bizarre on times.

He rotated wrong today and we ****ed up. Only United losing will cheer me up.

We did enough to win. Everton didn’t have a sniff apart from a soft pen.

Obviously we weren’t as fluid was midweek owing to the opposition and our team but we created enough to have been a couple of goals up and effectively cruising to three points.

We were 3 nil up against Spartak after 18 mins, the game was dead. If Firmino was complaining about fatigue which is understandable considering his work rate.... why keep him on for 72 mins in a game vs ****e opposition that is done and dusted but then rest him in a derby game which we needed to win?

Would we really have done better if Coutinho & Firmino started against their ultra defensive set up? The more I think about it the more that was Lovrens fault. Yes Mane made a poor decision but we were 1-0 up. I wonder what Lovren was thinking!? 1-0 up and about 15 mins left to play...usher him out or give the ref a decision to make!? Got to read the games situation better as professional football players looking to win trophies i reckon.

I didn't like there being so many changes but that team dominated the game for 70 mins and should have been 2-0 up at half time. From there it would have been a different game.

It'seems typical Allerdyce ****. Get battered for most of the game and nick a point from a set piece. You know he told his players to go down under any contact when in dangerous areas. I don't think that it was a penalty but for me Lovren was naive you don't put the referee in the position where he can give a penalty
