The standard/consistency of refereeing is a joke. I know the game is much faster now so it makes it harder so they should adopt the use of technology to help them.

So many games lost by **** ups from the ref - seems to be a weekly occurrence now.

Spurs had a deliberate handball not given either and there was a high foot in the game as well .. Not wanting to sound 'why always us' but I can;t remember another pelanty for pushing, high foot for red card or goal not being given for deliberate handball all season and the first 2 happen almost every game

Yet we have had all 3 of those ****ty decisions.

Standard of refereeing is atrocious and that is just going on the brief highlights ignoring 'minor' decisions.

Should be using technology and if need be a ref in each half and another running each of the eight parts of the line.

I wish one of these YouTube compilers would do a monthly video of the worst refereeing **** ups. Maybe a **** up of the season special at Christmas. Would bring the issue into stark focus.

Video refs arent the answer. It would help with obvious ones, but ultimately it's down to interpretations. None of us agree as one on a decision even with the hindsight of numerous replays. Some just aren't clear cut. But it's an aid to at least go some way to get some decisions right.

I hate it in cricket. Slows everything down in a slow sport.

If refs just gave pens when they were sure it was obvious physical obstruction and just ignored the faint toe in or whatever that would help. Far too many fouls are given for very little.
