What happened, if you put the dodgy decision to one side, did we work the keeper? Did we play well? By comments on here I guess if was another night we played well but just got unlucky. Keeper played a blinder again? Why always us? I didn't see any of it.

I'm not sure I followed that. The ref gave it, the linesman didn't argue, and the ref sided with? himself?Originally posted by McDermotX View PostWhich is why the ref gave it and the linesman went with what he judged to see. I dont know what the rules are, but it hit his hand and went inOriginally posted by McDermotX View PostThis is not going to be a popular opinion, but in theory, I've no problem with unintentional handballs which directly lead to goals being ruled out. Don't punish the player, but don't reward them either IMO.
That said, it's still ****ing annoying as **** as you see goals in a similar manner being allowed to stand....!Just not tonight.
Was it going in already? If so it should be a goal, if not then is it the worst decision?I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

It doesn't matter whether it's going in, if you don't intend it to hit your hand then it's not different from it hitting you in the nuts, make no odds.Originally posted by Fierce View PostI dont know what the rules are, but it hit his hand and went in

My interpretation is the ref gave the goal and pointed to the centre circle.....then he heard from the linesman. Haven't seen a replay to see when he flagged etcOriginally posted by Kenneth View PostI'm not sure I followed that. It might well have been going in (or allowed Solanke to react and knock it in in anyway).....I think the linesman saw the windmilling arm and made a guess as to the initial touch.Originally posted by Fierce View PostI dont know what the rules are, but it hit his hand and went in
