Makes me feel better about myself knowing he is only human...

    Replace him... hes ****e!!!

Best centreback I have seen. Only caught the end of Hansen and never really saw much of the italian legends. Im sure Beckenbauer was probably overrated and **** too.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

Of course he was because he never proved he could do it at Stoke on a wet winters night. Nothing but a show pony I say.

He must have let them win a couple of headers to try and entice them over to his side of the pitch.
I thought he won a brilliant header in the 6 yard box from a dangerous corner near the end of the game, where Diaz got the breakaway I believe. Upon rewatch it was Quansah. I can't tell them apart anymore.

I've already reported myself for racism.

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

That's the best news we could've hoped for. Him and Quansah at the back together for a couple of seasons will help us hugely

He wants a free transfer in 12 months time more like.
                Oh I don't know.

It is good news if he follows that up by penning a 12 or 24 month extension to his current contract quick smart, otherwise it becomes like Dom suggested and he could be off on a free when his contract runs out at the end of next season.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I'd imagine there's a contract extension announcement on the way.

Maybe a new contract announcement when we have Slot in place. First big deal for the new boss and VVD can say how excited he is to work with him.

He is a player I would want to keep. Increasingly his pace and reaction speed is a little questionable, but nothing that can't be solved with a younger partner. Defenders always seem to last a little longer, plus - he will be useful for the next manager - because I think we could change our style of play and he could still be a feature, unlike some other players.
                              Really?

Did you not see him go full tilt against Spurs? He's still plenty fast when needed.
