Why would he do that? He is part of one of the best teams in Europe, a team that is very much on the up and still to reach its potential, has just won the CL and has seen just how big this club is from the victory celebrations.

The rest of that interview talks about how Millie and Hendo were the two players who really made an effort to make him feel welcome... and they both played in his position. He sounded a bit surprised by that.

Made me feel all warm inside... What a wonderful team ethic Klopp has inspired.

Definitely wany Millie to stay on in some capacity... even if it is just to shame the rest of the squad in cardio sessions.

So glad Fab finally settled in, though. Just surprised it took so long to replace Mascherano. Same thing when we sold Hamman. (and even Mcmahon with Ince). We seem to be a far better team with a ballwinner in the side... without it we are ordinary or lighweight.

I found it so frustrating year after year not to have signed one, as it just seemed so obvious. We all know how Klopp will wait to get his man... so I can give him a pass.

Fab does not even strike me as particularly agressive for a ball winning goliath. Just reads the game so well, like Hamman. Really hope we can keep hold of him. Im hoping Countinho's failure at Barca will make our players look up and think, is it worth giving up the spirit and potential of this team, at the risk of becoming unfashionale, and being spat out by the Barca/Madrid machine.

I have been about our hollow midfield and lack of beef and fabinho helps make a massive difference, missing piece of the jigsaw
