He is still better than 97% of Premier League centre backs
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

Still not at Nat Phillips level

I think they use the same supercomputer that Pepe79 posted about.

I’m a bit scared Virgil has lost it.

I’d sell him if the money was right - the only untouchable in the squad right now is Alisson.

He’s not stinking the place out, but he’s not the same colossus. The biggest thing for me is that he and Henderson are the on-field leaders, and around the squad in general. If they can’t coordinate, inspire, or if their presence is potentially detrimental to the culture/dynamics of the squad, they will need removing if things are going to fundamentally change. In his post match, Klopp praised four players for their effort and Virgil was not one of them. If the manager is losing confidence, maybe he will be sold.

I'd let both him and Salah go. And use the 30m to invest back into the squad.

I think he has lost half a yard. Also, the midfield in front of him is garbage. And the full back next to him.

Wouldn't sell him though. No way.

There is definitely a danger of throwing the baby out with the bathwater here, with the 'Id get rid of all of them crowd' revelling in the misery of it all. I agree, we fix the midfield and reinforce other areas a bit (CB depth, RB cover) and I am sure we will see an improvement across all areas.

Obvs if this is not your disposition then we are ****ed no matter what happens.

He was cheat mode for years, he is now past his best but still better than pretty much anything else out there.

Improve the midfield - improve the balance of the team and he'll look better.
