    Chosing between evils....

I'd prefer Spurs and United to miss out. Spurs because we could do with them getting stripped from a few assets and United because the combination of them and Mourinho, is just about the worst I can imagine.

Utd and Chelsea, no brainer for me.
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

Defo Scum. Can’t believe anyone would think any different. Probs Spuds are both our nearest rivals & the team it would do the most damage. Another season out will really damage the Gooners tho too.
          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

tough one, don't want Spurs or let Arsenal back in the top 4. But to see Man U out of the CL again is so tempting. so yeah Spurs and Man U and hope Arsenal ****s it up in the CL.

For me Chelsea have so much money, and they're so much more established than Spurs so will have greater appeal for prospective new signings, that they're always likely to be thereabouts.

Spurs would be easier to see off - if they missed out on CL the wheels could come off big time. It's not about envy for me (what is there to envy?), it's just getting rid of rivals that would make regular top 4 more likely for us.

United missing out on the top four would be hilarious but whilst they aren't great they seem to be flat track bullys so I can't see it.

I do take the point but a London club with a 60k stadium won't be easy to blow away. They aren't waged up to the hilt like Leeds were either so I reckon CL isn't that important to them in the odd season. Losing the manager and a few key players would hurt them though.

They don't really have the name though around the world, and they don't make up for it with wages or huge transfer fees. They could be their own worst enemy in that regard.

They might well struggle to keep hold of Pochetino if they miss out on CL.

Unless Real win the CL then Zidane is surely gone, Pochetino seems the ideal replacement for them. Lose him and everything they have been building could begin to collapse. He is so crucial to them.

Also, you only need to have one or two mates who support Spurs to develop a deep hatred for them.

Spurs have been flaky this year. For every good performance they have followed up by dropping silly points. They seem to have got over their Wembley struggles, but even in their last 6, they have drawn 3 against Southampton, West Ham and Newport.

Son probably been their best player this year, but getting the best out of him seems to detract from the others and the balance just doesn't seem right. Even their defence isn't as strong as usual, although that mostly down to them missing Alderweireld.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
