Keita can't come.soon enough because that midfield is bang average. We need a player to scare the **** out of teams a nd he looks to have the tools to be that player.

I think that is fair, Henderson deserves credit for that game and tbf I thought Milner was ripe for a hook but Klopp must have been minded by Henderson just coming back from a long lay off hence why I'm not prepared to lob onto this decision.

As u said before it was a tough game to come into as well so I can't be too critical of the subs either. Those refs though.

Yep. Milner was on a yellow too. I thought both deserved to stay on, Can's head had gone by then imo

Yeah he is, unlucky but can see from Shaggy's vid why lino gave it... even though lino was a total cunt delighted with himself changing the game.

I can't see it myself. Lamela was hooking for it and sold it to the linesman. A dive all day long.

Lamela turned his back and lent in to vvd. Not only is he a cheat but he wasn't brave enough to face the challenge

Lamela was looking at ball all the time and did stand in front of VVD but he does get kicked... simple as that. He kicks him in back of right knee. I can't see how anyone can not see that from the video of lino's view that Shaggy posted.

I'm all for being gutted and pissed off about the result but that vid is pretty conclusive to me. Player in feels contact and falls down shocker... but contact nonetheless.

All I see is Lamella turn sideways to protect himself and jump into VVD

VVD was standing still. Lamela ran across him as he went to kick it. I can't see what VVD could've possibly done to avoid it and he takes evasive action. It's not a penalty

Watched the game with my Dad (Spurs fan) so I was quite reserved and didn’t post here or check twitter so some observations.

A think a draw was fair, we should have probably scored more than 1 in the first half and felt we might rue those decisions. The second half they dominated the ball and there was chasms in our midfield that they could thread the ball through, I know Klopp is anti DM but imagine a Mascher shoring things up in there would be great. We also couldn’t keep the ball second half and restored to thumping it and inviting pressure back on, not sure if it was tiredness but I haven’t seen us like that in a long time.

The pens - first one looked like a pen real time but less of a pen on the replay. Dejan though, how many times had he fresh aired the ball that have cost us.....Christ Jurgen why pick him. The second one didn’t look it in real time but looked like one on second viewing. We just couldn’t hold on and pull away from Spurs who look strong and have a lot of players coming back from fitness adding t9 their first 11 tonight - Toby A, Rose, Aurier, Moura, Wanyama......they’ll be hard to stop so we need to be at it.

In terms of individual performances probably Karius’s best for us, saved pen and some good saves but I can’t warm to him. He just doesn’t seem like a GK and looks surprised when he makes a save. I think he could have dine better than the punch he made for the Wanyama goal. Lovren was his usual self which isn’t good enough. Midfield was anonymous in the second half and Mane looks off it...... badly.

Subs - our squad is thin......Gini - meh and Ox lacks subtly, he butchered a few easy through balls but he is a good squad player.

Top four will be hard but Salah might get us there - his second goal was ridiculous!

****ing negligent, if dont know if lovren touched it, its offside

the amount of **** refs in this league, they need to go into unis and stick loads of lads onto a fast track scheme and get rid of these jokers.
