We play Southampton away (not a happy hunting ground) and West Ham at home. If results go our way (draw in Spurs Arse us win both) we could be 10 points clear of Arsenal before they kick off v City in the League., and 4 clear of Spurs.
If we can win at Southampton, it should give us the cushion to relax a little going forward.

I predicted a draw and would have been happy with that result were it not for Salah's world class goal in the 90th.

I hate this theoretical nonsense. United were to beat Spurs and we'd have an eight point lead tonight listening to some on here. Take it a game at a time and see where we are.

If the defender tries to block the ball, but it goes through, that would be considered a deflection and the attacker would be offside. I think what they were trying to say is that Lovren was in a position to deliberately clear the ball, was trying to, but sliced it. Same end result, but one is an offence, the other isn't. But yes, they've really striven to make the offside rules the most complicated and ridiculous part of what should be a very simple game to play.

Partaking in the odd prediction is different to predicting an accumulator, that's a mugs game.

Surely all we do on here is spout theoretical nonsense?

Players take one game at a time, supporters can really do what they want it makes no tangible difference.

Nothing wrong with looking at possible outcomes and seeing the positive and negatives in the table.

For me, a draw was the minimum target as it keeps us ahead of Spurs who now have to travel to an Arsenal side that suddenly look a bit more dangerous in attack. I hope Arsenal smash them (and their confidence!).

I've met Deli Ali and he was a really nice lad! Took time out to get photos with everyone who asked in the pub he was in even though he was with family.

                              Still a diving cunt though!
