Sorry that was the wrong question, I meant to ask, what if Arsenal win the Europa and 5th place (Chelsea/Spurs etc) wins the CL?

Does 4th place then lose the CL place?

Furthermore if Chelsea win it and finish outside top four AND Arsenal win EL then the team finishing fourth misses out. So best to stay away from 4th.
      One tit for another.

One of our very best European away days. 10/10.

Some front three this. Outrageous they are. None of them quite as good as Suarez was but Firmino/Salah/Mane trumps Suarez/Sturridge/Sterling imo. It's better balanced, and a more equal contribution - let's be fair, Suarez dragged them along at times. With these three anything is possible.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Only if we also have a team qualify solely by winning the UEFA cup - can't have more than 5 from one association.

We should just make sure we finish 2nd and win the CL just to be on the safe side
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

                  Wow.

5-0 away in the last 16 of the CL? Barmy!

Everyone played well but Milner was my MoM until Mane bagged his 3rd. Lovren was very good as well.

Yeah, they're a more consistent, cohesive and well rounded trio. Their skill mix makes it so difficult for defences to isolate the danger.

100% there were games when we'd score 4, Suarez wouldn't get any but he'd set them all up. It was heavily reliant on 1 player.

4th doesn't need a qualifier next season. But yeah, we should be aiming for 2nd for a number of reasons.

I didnt know that I’d be happier with second as Buschester would be parked somewhere below us

To illustrate quite how good a performance that was.

Liverpool's win was the joint biggest away Champions League knockout victory, equaling Bayern Munich’s 5-0 win at Sporting in February 2009 and Real Madrid at Schalke in February 2014.
