I thought I heard that it was all Wednesday matches that will start at the same time across Europe. Only 2 countries, or 3 if you include Celtic are affected - England and Portugal. I be there are a dozen or so countries that are 2hrs or more ahead of the UK. It's fairer if they KO at the same time surely

17.55 kick off time is done to perfectly coincide with a 7.45 game. Its about getting more eyes on the product.

Europa League games have done it for ages anyway.

Seems daft seeing that everyone could start at 7.45pm and the countries 2hrs ahead would be played 2hrs earlier

I'm with Sky and BT is on it but I have to pay extra. I thought the new deal meant Champions league would be back on Sky.

They've gone massively overboard, a zillion pundits, bringing the ****ing ref in on commentary who then just sticks up for his reffing mate unsurprisingly. Wank. Weird as they got the Italian, French etc stuff spot on. Or did until they jibbed the show with Honigstein and that on.
