    Everton Build Up

With the 2nd leg v City on Tuesday, I wouldn't risk any of the starting eleven against the bitters.

    My Team:

    Mignolet
    Clyne, Klavan, Masterson, Moreno
    Henderson, Wijnaldum, Curtis Jones
Ings, Solanke, Woodburn if fit otherwise Herbie Kane

It still matters. Losing to those ****ing meffs - man, it's been so long - is still a sickening thought. Don't care if we grub a dirty old draw. We're three up and I believe in momentum even if Klopp doesn't, so I'd go strong.

Karius, Clyne, Lovren, VVD, Moreno, Henderson, Gini, Milner, Ox, Firmino, Mane
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

They are so **** and frightened of us that team might even beat them anyway!

Henderson is probably the only nailed on starter. I think we'll go reasonably strong. We don't have many options, nor are there too many games left.

        Karius
        Clyne, VVD, Lovren, Moreno
        Wijnaldum, Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain
        Ings, Firmino, Mane

Lallana injury is stretching us now though.

We really could use Lallana, Matip, Klavan and Gomez right now... I desperately want us to win this, even if it really has no significance to our season.

Just for the sake of continuity, I'd keep Karius who's been great, and maybe even Lovren and Van Dijk, since CB's don't really run as much as the rest of the team. I wouldn't trust Masterson with this, a CB debut at 19 vs. Everton is probably too much. Definitely Moreno and Clyne as full backs though.

Then Henderson, who's free next week, and Can and Wijnaldum an hour each. If it goes well, I was also thinking about Curtis Jones for the last 30 minutes.

Up front it's Ings and Solanke surely, and maybe Camacho? Too bad Brewster is also out... No way any of our regular front three play in this, since Everton will probably try and hack at them, as it's usually their season highlight if they manage to injure our players.

Exciting to see some new faces in the team

I think this is close to the line up, maybe solanke to start for one of the front 3.

I wouldn't risk being without VVD at the Etihad. We have no other centre backs if he gets crocked. We know how dirty the bluenoses can be.

Yeah this is another thing, one of theirs putting ours out of a CL semi would be like a trophy for them. We’ve been super lucky in recent years with some truly horrific challenges failing to injure ours, wouldn’t risk it, too much to lose.

Play the reserves, after all, they're the second best team in Merseyside!

No way should we be risking any of our best players in this game.. too much at stake in the 2nd leg at City. We have enough injury concerns without potentially added to that in a fiery derby game. The timing is bollox but what can ya do just unlucky with the timing of the injuries, City will have a tough game vs United too.

Will Klavan be fit for this game? Haven’t heard a lot about his injury. He is hugely valuable to us now.

Not sure mate to be honest but I think Mig, Clyne, Moreno, Gini, Hendo, Ings are bankers to start. Maybe even Solanke... who to be honest has looked dire.

Yeah I would agree mate, maybe with the exception of Mig. I think Karius should be fine to play this one.

My guess is that at the very least, one of Mane and Firmino will have to play if not both. Firmino was rested for the last part of the game so my guess is that he will get 60 in this one too.

Woodburn deserves at least one game this season. Maybe waiting for Chelsea to shoot themselves in the foot and head once and for all.
