Ramos was down by the pitch during the second half, possibilty of him getting an extended ban

If this was any other team maybe but it's Real Madrid so **** all will happen to Ramos.

dont care who we get in the next round, just so long as we dont get madrid in the final.
i reckon the uefa wankfest surrounding madrid would ensure they get every decision.

imagine if we get bayern in the final and its like klopp will face his arch enemy/nemesis and this is his time to finally win a final against his old rivals.

Doesn't matter though, we're gonna win it whoever we get.

This **** is taking over my life. Couldn't concentrate yesterday, now too hungover and tired to work and thinking constantly about all this.
UEFA has to try and ensure a Bayern v Real final.

We will get Madrid if they think we are weaker than Roma.

Madrid must play the weaker of LFC or Roma.

Bayern will hopefully beat the stronger of the 2.

UEFA will rate Roma higher than us because they knocked out Barca and might do the same to Madrid (this can't be allowed to happen)

I think it will be :

Liverpool v Madrid (first leg at Anfield)
Roma v Bayern (first leg in Roma)

This will give advange to both Bayern and Madrid, as UEFA wants.

There is no draw. Real get to choose their opponent. Thats. The. Way. It. Is.

I am finding it harder and harder to get involved in discussion threads when loads of people are crying wolf about some conspiracy.

Everyone on all sides moans about it. City fans say we have paid UEFA off. Juve fans say Real have paid someone off.

Whats the point in following football if half of you know its so corrupt?

Surely Real don't want the only remaining unbeaten team with the most goals scored and joint least conceded? With the best player in the world right now! I think they'd prefer us in a one off game than two legs. The old, one-paced, men of Juventus almost scared the **** out of them. What do you think young fresh legs will do?

                      Were definitely getting Bayern.

Following football is a choice though. My point is if its so bad you are certain that Real get to choose their opponent. Whats the point?

I will concede that refs totally bottle it when the pressure is on to give them a decision at the Bernabeau. Same with a couple of other big grounds and teams though.

Was just about to say the same thing. Especially as it's considered a well known fact among football fans but there isn't a shred of proof. And according to every set of fans it is their team that the conspiracy is against.

If Real Madrid get to 'choose' their opponents, would they really prefer Juventus (who have an outstanding recent and historic record in this competition) to Roma or Sevilla? They beat Sevilla 5-0 in the league this season.

For what it's worth any game at this stage is hard and everyone will be prepared to goto war. Even though Roma aren't the best, they still have quality players, particularly through the spine of their team. I'd prefer to avoid Real Madrid if possible though.

Cheating in sport has happened and whether we like it or not, still does. Whether there is corruption or not in current games I don't know (obviously), but that said, there has been in the past, particularly from the Italians.

It's hard not to love football after this week though. The discussions threads i can take or leave.
