I can't help but think we'll thrash them over two legs (Salah hattrick anyone?).

Bring on the ****ing obsessive madness of the next 2 weeks or so!!
First leg on ANZAC Day (morning). Think we'll end the game 'two up'.

quite a few members with all 4 CL games didn't get a city ticket, for the semi it looks like not all season ticket holders with the 5 games will get one, so none for members with 5

club have to give uefa more and those who sold to hicks and gilette get a ticket, but dressing up 'hospitality' tickets is in normal seating area but you get a butty at aintree and a coach in for an additional £350 and can be bought by anyone with no loyalty should surely be knocked on the head

not as if they wont be making enough money from this run

transparency of numbers would be nice, going to be chaos with 17,000 tickets if we get the final

Can't get anyone to come to Liverpool for the night out so going to have to stick to Chester

I'm going to watch it next door with my Hendo hating Red neighbour. It's the only thing we disagree about and will keep disagreeing about

I'll be saving up to try and get tickets for the final should we get there

Interesting video about the tactics Roma adopted in both games against Barcelona

Cheers for posting that. I'd be amazed if Dzeko manages to bully VVD in the same way. Also, I'd love them to play an offensive game against us but I think it'll be scrappy.

Watched Roma a handful of times this season (solely to watch Alisson ) and they seem to play with a very high line. Maybe they'll change if Manolas is out, but I think we'll ruin them.

Problem for Roma surely is that everyone has seen their tactics. And Barcelona is basically a one man team. Have been for a long time. We just do what Klopp explained best, win the second balls off Dzeko and they have zero outlet. Jobs a good un.
                      One tit for another.

vvd will challenge with dzeko, andy robbo will be rushing in and nicking the ball.
if they compress the middle of the pitch then our full backs will need to release the ball quickly to play those balls down the line or over and across their back line.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Manolas apparently only has cramp and is expected to play on Wednesday. They're having some tough fixtures though which may take its toll eventually.

They had a very tough game against Lazio and a tough schedule to come!

                            18th April - Genoa (H)
                            21st April - SPAL (A)
                            24th April - Liverpool (A)
                            28th April - Chievo (H)
                            2nd May - Liverpool (H)
                            6th May - Cagliari (A)

                            Our fixtures -

                            21st April - West Brom (A)
                            24th April - Roma (H)
                            28th April - Stoke (H)
                            2nd May - Roma (A)
                            6th May - Chelsea (A)

If we can beat West Brom and Stoke then the result against Chelsea won't affect our CL qualification so we can afford to go all in against Roma in the 2nd leg (assuming we need to).

Also worth noting that Chelsea face very in form Burnley at Turf Moor on Thursday, just two days before their FA Cup match against Southampton. One eye on the FA Cup perhaps? If they lose against Burnley, we can cruise to the top 4 (but we won't allow that of course).

                            They're going to be knackered!

Did you actually look at the Seria A table before writing that?

They have one more game than us, but it's all against bottom half clubs , with two of them fighting relegation - well just like us really

I don't think those fixtures matter by now, both clubs are to far in the season and to focused by now. But I do think we've got the quality to go through!

What about their table? They're a point ahead of 5th place Inter
