Nobody really. I was just pointing out the difference. Those were the days when win your homes and draw your aways and you'll probably win the league. Nowadays that will only get you 76 points and not even a top three place last year.

So going on that Rafa needs to get his winning percentage much higher than what Bob's was.

I think the standard of the League is a lot better now. Those day there were 2 or 3 good teams with a lot of easy games. Now there are very few easy games.

PS: Remember you got 2pts for a win and 1 for a draw in Paisley's days, so you needed a lot more than away draws to get 76 pts in Paisley's days

Just checked Wikipedia.

Rafa's win percentage (56.45%) is second only to Kenny's(60.61%) in modern times.

He even edges out Bob 56.12%.

Bit of a surprise to me really.

If only he could sort out the away problems in the league.

The stats are shocking; 21 defeats in 46 games it is, or something like that.

If he can then he's really on to something.
