Premier League Fixtures Release - 14 June.

    First game 11th August

4 games instead of 3 before first international break in September, we'll probably need to see some of that out with non World Cup players. Whilst the World Cup lads do a delayed preseason. We should only really have Bobby going deep into the competition and missing more, where as City will be completely knackered with their squad of internationals.

It's a shame the transfer window is shutting before the start of the season, with us not likely to lose any key players we could have done with Ings, Solanke, Origi being around in those first few weeks as we have a solid base not nothing upfront.

    Non world cup squad

    Karius

    Clyne, VVD, Gomez/Klavan/Matip, Robertson/Moreno

    Fabinho, Milner, Gini, Lallana, Woodburn

    Nobody.

    Wolves at home first please.

Fabinho is gonna get all excited about taking pens then will watch on bemused as opponents play basketball in their own area and try to break Salah's legs and nothing is given.

I forgot that the transfer window closed before the start of the season, when is it that it closes? Is it the Thursday before the start of the season?
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I think the wings are quite exposed with that setup.

I've just added to your forgetting about Keita ffs

Him and Origi if he stays with us, definitely.

Yeah I'm kinda working on the assumption that Grujic, Solanke and Ings will be playing elsewhere even if that's on loan. Although in fairness I think it's quite likely one of Origi and Solanke will not be, and they'd be in ahead of Brewster.

Not sure I'd play Wilson ahead of any of that front three though.

I would play Wilson, we're quite willing to spend on Maddison (as far as rumours go) so why not a player voted in Championship team of the season?

There's no need to avoid picking the players at the world cup . Almost all the players will have been back in training for at least month most of them probably more. I would imagine that Salah and Mane will start the opening game (maybe they will be brought off after 70 mins or so because it is unlikely that their countries will be in it to the end. Brazil could be in to the end so Bobby would be most likely to miss out. But i'd be amazed if none of those front 3 start.

I reckon we'll get Newcastle away as our first game.
