Our most improved player thus far. The over the top criticism of some of our players can be ridiculous at times. Klopp's track record shows that most of his players improve and contribute positively.
I think most people know this. The debate is to what extent a side that is looking to win the league (when there’s so little margin for error) can afford to carry players who aren’t at the required level, but need to play games to develop and get there. It’s about balance.
Indeed, and it’s hardly a forgone conclusion that having game time leads to success for young players, and loan moves are very hit and miss. Very few end up making the step up to PL first team players.

It isn't, but in fairness the the manager and club, we haven't really wasted much game time on players who haven't made it, the ones who haven't been good enough have generally been spotted early and haven't had PL/CL game time wasted on them and have been moved on
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
I think having a load of senior midfielders like Milner, Henderson and Fab moving on has helped him, he seems to have stepped up and made the most of the chance with them going and new players coming into the midfield.

To be fair he was top class when he came back into the side in the 2nd half of last season, when they were still around.

He definitely seems to have embraced the responsibility and that is reflected in his game. Scoring goals regularly now also which was a big issue with the old midfield.
The stick he used to get beat with was he hung onto the ball too long & slowed the play down , he’s improved that side of his game 10 fold.
Jones is a player that does a a lot of the less glamorous stuff to a high level and as such a lot of the really good stuff he brings to the team gets missed.
He is becoming the Dude's rug.
And yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, my opinion, man
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
