I know he has had a really difficult time personally recently but his form has dropped way down also. He would always save every he “should” and often stuff he shouldn’t - now it seems that he “could have done better” for many goals. Watkins and Vinicius (no 2) are prime examples. I also think he looks heavier than when we first signed him - maybe my eyes are betraying me

This season has been a bad one for all of the players at Liverpool, professionally & personally so they are all human & have scaled some heights for us in the last couple of years & I'm proud of what they have achieved for us.
Yes, we would have liked them to have done better as they have set the standards so it is right to expect them to perform at the level still to convey the salary that the club pays them. However, still human & deserve our support so YWNA Allisson & he knows that!
Let's see what he & the rest of the lads can do this season, if nothing then let's take a break & come back next year with a vengenance!!!

I imagine playing behind VVD helped confidence enormously. I think a drop off is understandable comparing it to when we have a strongest 11 out.

He needs our 100% support as he's finding it just as tough as the outfield players... but he needs to be on it tonight. We only have one chance to get through to face the Chavs again in a European semi and the hope of a return to Istanbul.

I hope he's pumped and back to his spectacular best... he needs to be a man mountain.
