    Remaining 11 Games:

    Liverpool -------------Man City
    Watford (h)------------West Ham (h)
    Everton (a)------------ Bournemouth (a)
    Burnley (h)------------ Watford (h)
    Fulham (a)------------ Fulham (a)
    Tottenham (h)-------- Cardiff (h)
    Southampton (a)----- Crystal Palace (a)
    Chelsea (h)----------- Tottenham (h)
    Cardiff (a)------------ Manchester United (a)
    Huddersfield (h)------ Burnley (a)
    Newcastle (a)--------- Leicester (h)
    Wolves (h)------------ Brighton (a)

I think City have a fairly easy run until they are away at Palace, they they have 4 tough fixtures in a row. We need to hang in there and win our next 4/5. It's a big ask but if we can do that we should have a real shot at winning it.

      Also worth remembering:

      - Still only lost once all season
      - 15 goals conceded in 27 games

Our attack is misfiring at the moment but that's now 3 clean sheets in a row again.

I think the next 4 games will be important. On paper, you would expect both teams to win them but there a few tricky ones for both sides. Bournemouth away for them could be tricky without Ferdinando. We play Watford at home, they play West Ham both potentially tricky ties, lets just focus on that. then this weekend they play first away to Bournemouth which puts the pressure on them, lets see were we after that game

        I am ****ing loving this

Amazing .. People are losing sight just how far we have come in a very short period time ... Not enough credit is given to Spurs and Liverpool for keeping Citah honest and we are going one better we are winning this race

Loving it and hating it Nicey. It's amazing, but I feel like I'm having a heart attack

I'm a pretty positive person, and I still think we have a chance, but there's no doubt the momentum is with City. We need to put a few wins together. You could visibly see some of the confidence draining from the players yesterday.

A few wins, or even an unexpected slip up from City and we should have the momentum back.

Its all perception mate. I am not buying into this narrative which is being pushed hard at the moment that Liverpool are in a worse place that City.

You cant expect to win a lg like this with actual heavy competition from 2 other clubs and the other 3 clubs getting their **** together and not expect to drop points. Teams drops points at different times in the season because they play different strength teams at different times with dynamic squad health.

We lost once at City 3 points gone there we drew at Old Trafford, 2 points there, we drew to City at home 2 points there, we drew away to Arsenal another 2 points. with just those results which are totally acceptable thats a 9 Point shift .... we just need to stay ahead of them thats all that matters and we are

I know what you are saying.

Also, the stats are brilliant and point to how far we have come. 15 goals conceded from 27 games is epic - no matter what league you are in. But for the premier league, that is amazing.

What I would say though, from watching games, is that although we have a brilliant first 11, I'm not sure we have the squad to match. I think if we do somehow remain in first position and see this thing home, it will be a brilliant effort from the team. But yesterday, when Sturridge and Origi both came on, I was more hopeful of a game changer than expecting it.

That is what gives me confidence going forward too though. This team will only get better. Keita will get better, Oxlade will return. But I expect Klopp to make another couple of signings that will push the front 3 more as well. I think Werner would be a great addition.

15 in 27 & three of those were against C.P. The stats are phenomenal; but overlooked, as the media are desperate to big up the dirty money mancs

West Ham coming off a Friday night stroll vs Fulham, while City have a 3 day break after 120 mins against Chavs. Wouldn't be surprised if the Hammers take points off them.

Be nice if we could remember how to score goals and do the business against Watford.

...or put another way, if Leicester can do it with their squad, we can too!

TBH, my main concern is that we're not playing well and we haven't clicked in a while. Something is not quite right at the minute, whether its TAA and Gomez being sidelined or the team just getting used to Fabinho and Keita, I don't know. confidence seems to have disappeared for some reason and we need to get some back quickly. Are there any off field issues at the minute for Salah or Mane?

They struggled against Shalke and no doubt exerted more energy that they hoped having to play with 10 men. I fell asleep during cup final, but assume they weren't great then either and again will be feeling the extra 30 mins they had to play. They've lost 2 key men for a few games and have hectic fixture schedule ahead.

City will be worried and so they should be.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

If we can introduce Joe Gomez and the Ox into the run in then it will be massive for our confidence and form.

The best we have played was when Joe was at the back, we've not seen him since early December. And we've not seen the dynamic forward midfield play from the Ox all season.
