I don’t feel any negativity in being a Liverpool supporter today, no jinx no curse. If anyone were to laugh or say anything to me I couldn’t care less. This team is amazing. This is the team we support and they have given everything. A few of them playing almost every game.

In 2014 or last year after the CL final I felt gutted. But this time it is the team I feel for. To have contributed so much and most likely not achieved what they deserve will be tough. But look at them, they are fighters. I hope it galvanises them.

We will be stronger next season, so we go again.

What else are we going to do?

I just hope that the stadium responds and reacts as if they did win come Sunday at full time. I hope every supporter in there let’s the lads know how proud we are of them.

City have actually been pretty blunt going forward for a few months now. Spurs home CL and the dead rubber v Schalke apart they are really struggling at times. 5 1-0 wins in the league since Feb 27, 2 of them won by corruption, 1 other by a goalie clanger from Boruc. But unfortunately it's still enough when loads of the opposition don't try to score or they get ****ed over by a referee.

They were totally out of ideas last night, had nothing then a yard dog centre back who's spent the whole season trying to injure his fellow professionals without one red card lashes in a hopeful hit out of pure frustration. Sickening, but apparently we are the lucky ones.

Anyway, the only hope for Sunday is their luck runs but Brighton are really bad and beyond pathetic at scoring goals. They just need to somehow score first then they have a chance.

Pretty much how I'm feeling What more could we have possibly done? We've had an absolute stonker of a season. Only way that changes is if we **** up on Sunday and then City do too.

Get in another upgrade or two and we'll be even better next season.

The idea of looking at the details of each game or projecting anger at refs, opponents etc, it's all too petty for me, it's just 100% disappointment and endless sad faces.

He's a horrible *******. He and they can do as they please on the pitch, it's bizarre. David Silva was such a cunt yesterday it was like he was actually trying to get sent off and yet nothing happens. This was at 0-0 in their Burnley home game too :
