Tonights Squad + Team News

Just looking at a video of the training session on the official website, it's pretty good for those of you with an e-season ticket.

Anyway it looked as if the squad for tonights game is as follows:

Probably not many surprises there, but some did talk of Rafa fielding some of the kids tonight or even a spot on the bench but it doesn't look as though it will happen.

Aurelio must still not be fully recovered from his injuries, and Warnock is set to be out for 2 weeks after picking up a knock, as well as the injured Sissoko and Harry Kewell.

Only obvious problems we might have is that we have zero backup in the fullback positions, should anything happen to either. Would have to be covered by one of our CB's.

Will post the team when I see it unless someone does first.

They do things were they go round Liverpool and interview fans - that's a bit **** really tho, Reserves highlights, a did you know thing with the club museum curator - thats pretty good with a diffrent question each week, interviews with the players and the staff, all the pre match press conferences, 40 minute highlights of the first team games, the 100pwstk, and some other random things.

Yep I did notice but I don't think it's any indication, they just look like they've taken their trackie jackets off. They were dressed in two colours last time one of these videos was up, and it didn't mean anything although I did think it might at the time.

Nah, would like to have seen garcia not pennant, but I think it's just a case of coming bit to soon for him to go on from the start. I reckon he'll get on at some stage though.

Pennant really needs to start showing something, and get rid of that aura he has of "I have it made, I'm at liverpool, now I'm proven". Seems to see being here as the pinnacle rather than the start of a great career. Very worrying.
