Salah was starting to look sharp on Saturday a couple of turns and runs, one in particular showed magnificent control and movement. He was just missing end product.
No way do we drop our star player for the marquee group game of the CL.

Sturridge simply does not have the movement anymore imo to fill in as a starter for Firmino. When he came on against Spurs he looked more knackered and slower after a few minutes than Bobby did after 70 or so minutes of hard running.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Absolute madness. I've had to check the title of this thread a couple of times to make sure I'm not in the pre-season thread.
I disagreed, but could sort of understand when people became a bit blasé about the CL when were used to doing well in it under Rafa, but we’ve basically spent the whole time since trying to get back in and after one season people are suggesting that we shouldn't be too worried about it.
