Just realised we're getting on for 5 years since our last League win against them

Would they have targeted TAA and does him being out cause them a bit of a headache?

Apparently Utd are more screwed. Smalling, Rojo, Dalot, Martial, Lindelof all out.
          One tit for another.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

It's a poor record on paper, but not actually that bad when you look at the matches.

We lost to them last year, but we had bigger fish to fry at that stage in the CL, plus finishing 2nd strengthened Mourinho's position at United.

We lost to them in Klopp's first year, but he had only been at the club a few months and we looked far superior knocking them out of the EL a few months later.

Our last win against them was when we did the double over them in 13/14, finishing 2nd under Rodgers. The subsequent 3 loses under Rodgers helped pave the way for Klopp's arrival.

So while our recent record is quite poor, we've won the more important games and I expect that trend to continue tomorrow.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Really? I think it's great seeing combined teams with 9 or 10 Liverpool players. Makes a welcome change. Plus I love how Klopp is absolutely everything United want in a manager and they've got the total opposite.

Yep Maureen & United a marriage made in hell, long may it continue.

Listening to their fans it sounds like they are mentally beat before a ball is even kicked.

Think back to the Hodgson years. It's how it must feel for them.

                          It's absolutely tremendous.

Just hope we don't play like we did against Everton. We won but were largely ****e. Keep salah left and Bobby upfront. Sorted. Must win this one.

I would love to keep Salah central, he is scoring so much central and Carra made a good point about Young being right footed so it's natural for him to tuck in, so he's a good fit against Salah, rather keep him central and have Bobby behind him or on the right.
                              * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

I agree, stick Bobby on the right/behnd (he'll tuck anyway). Young played well against Salah before but he wouldn't be so comfortable with a more physical battle.
