We’ve just played away at the champions, matched them, and lost a game on the finest of margins. Yes, Lovren was part of that, but there’s no point scapegoating our fourth choice centre half. If Mane had been as clinical as Sane we’d gave got at least a point, but there’s no point scapegoating him either.

I just felt in order to win titles you need to be brave. We weren't and our passing was **** again. It's all very slow and under the feet.

Most annoying was the ****ing replays when the ball is in play. Get to ****. I would happily watch with no replays during the ****ing game. Cunts.

Fabiano should have started. Henderson was back to his best crab football. Always backwards. Loads of effort though but it doesn't work with Milner.

I always seem to be abke to find some comfort in how **** raheem sterling is. Got nothing out of Robbo apart from a couple of chances to dive and then blasted Dejan's assist wide from 7 yards. Frightened that they'd be even better if they weren't carrying him.

We are still four points ahead and yet “the champions have the momentum” according to the Guardian. They barely beat us, it wasn’t a master class performance, and their last few results have been absolute dog. So irritating.

Everything went their way, they got every bounce of the ball, every slice of luck and every refereeing decision.

The were the better side but small thing make the difference in games like this. But it also felt like they wanted it more.

Pissed off with the refereeing, I'm not saying he was biased but he was influenced by the crowd or city players, and the fact that he comes from Manchester makes it easy to make accusations, FA should never have let him be in charge of this game.

City have been better and probably deserve the win. But only just though. I thought we should have settled down a tad bit after we equalised. Game got crazy again and we conceded out of a transition of theirs.

We need to regroup and make sure we get another run going. This is going to be very close and City can put on a run which puts us under the back foot.
