sunday is going to be ****in huge.

Whatever the result in the Palace v City game, a win v Chelsea will be epic for us. We are probably a little unlucky that we have to play them when they hit a little bit of form - unlike City when they beat them by a ****load of goals - but hopefully the power of Anfield is alive and kicking on Sunday.

I have a feeling that Hazard won't play on Thursday night. Whatever - if we can take care of him on Sunday then I think that we win the game.

I don't think so. At least, I hope not.

I think Matip not starting last night was to keep him safe for Chelsea.

If Palace can get anything against City it will be huge.

Even a draw in that game means if we can beat Chelsea we go 3 clear, with City's next games Spurs at home and Utd away - the battle for 4th raging.

If Spurs are out of the CL they will have to get something v City for CL football.
If Utd get pumped by Barca they will have to get something v City for CL football.

We don't have any League games left with as much riding on it for both... Except for this one.

A win on Sunday is ****ing massive.

4 clear. Which is why those points against United and Everton could be crucial.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Yup, one tiny slip () up and that's all we need. One bad game, one dodgy decision, one wonder strike, one mistake, anything. City need to be perfect and as witnessed last night, they are far from it.

Providing of course, we play our part.

This will be a tough game no doubts. Hazard unfortunately has really started to hit form again and loves a man of the match display against us for some reason. It's a hard one with Hazard as we don't have anyone fast enough to man mark him & one vs one he's almost unplayable.. he's the danger man and the one that can do damage. Jorginho imo is the weak link, the front 3 could really cause him to have a nightmare as he's very slow on the ball.

The one thing this season about Chelsea that is different is their defence looks dodgy, they are usually solid enough back there. I wonder will Sarri go with the two young lads Odoi and Loftus Cheek who have been done well in last few games or will will he revert to the more experienced players like Willian & Pedro.

I'm nervous about this game, Chelsea annoy me in general.. I just dislike the club and fans. Over the last 3 seasons or so they have proved tough opponents for us & we've only beaten them once in the last 8. We need Slavia Prague to give them a really tough evening. I think Chelsea and Sarri would love to win the Europa league, could really salvage their season. If Prague can get a result in the first game, it might get Chelsea thinking about the 2nd leg. Their top of the Czech league by 7 or 8 points and clearly the best side in it but that's not saying much... pity it Chelsea didn't get Napoli ffs.

Eden Hazard is "tired" and could be rested for Chelsea's Europa League quarter-final first leg against Slavia Prague, manager Maurizio Sarri says.

I hope he doesn't, the team seems a lot calmer with Matip in it. If Matip is fit he would be my choice ever time to partner Virgil until Joe is fit
. Deggsy has to be 4th choice now. Its no stretch of the imagination that our entire campaign gets derailed in a moment of Lovren madness

Well Chelsea are 3rd on 66 points, having played an extra game vs Spurs (64 pts) and Arse (63 pts).

But I think they are well in the running to get top 4, which makes Sunday more challenging for us

that isn't even 100% true if they lose at Anfield.
